About This Project
AILawyer.pro gives consumers instant legal guidance and gives law firms smarter tools to serve them. I led design and strategy as the only designer on a team of four, owning the roadmap and product decisions alongside the founder and 70 legal advisors. We shipped the MVP in three months, backed by partnerships with Google and Nvidia.
The Challenge
Legal help is expensive, slow, and written in language most people can't parse. AILawyer.pro set out to fix that with one product serving two very different users: consumers who needed clarity and confidence, and attorneys who needed depth and precision.
The hardest constraint was accuracy. Legal information has to be right before it reaches anyone, and we had to guarantee that with a team of four and a three-month runway.
The Approach
I worked as sole designer, roadmap owner, and project manager, connecting the founder, legal advisors, and three engineers (two back-end, one owning security).
AI was part of the process from day one. I used it to gain context fast, map the product architecture, and pressure-test open questions instead of waiting for answers.
I built high-fidelity concepts in Figma quickly enough to make real product decisions without slowing engineering, then used Bravo Studio to convert those files directly into a working app store build for phase one, skipping a full handoff cycle.
To solve accuracy, I helped design a self-checking decision framework that validated outputs before they reached users on either side of the platform, with security and legal compliance built in from the start.
The Outcome
We shipped the MVP to the app store in three months. Before exiting beta, the platform had 300+ law firm partners and 10,000+ end users.
A team of four used AI to move faster than the resources on paper allowed.
